Welcome to AiCodePro (“AiCodePro”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AiCodePro’s websites, applications, software platforms, APIs, AI-powered tools, ecommerce services, marketplace integrations, digital products, content platforms, and related technologies (collectively, the “Services”).

AiCodePro is an ecommerce technology and AI solutions company that provides tools and services for digital commerce, product information management, marketplace operations, ecommerce storefronts, SEO optimization, analytics, automation, and seller productivity workflows.

By accessing or using any AiCodePro Services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Our Services

AiCodePro provide various ecommerce, AI-powered, and digital commerce solutions, including but not limited to the following services and platforms:

1.1 Catalist

Catalist is a multichannel commerce and product information management (PIM) platform that enables businesses and sellers to:

  • Manage product catalogs
  • Synchronize inventory
  • Optimize product listings
  • Connect marketplace accounts
  • Manage ecommerce workflows
  • Streamline operational processes
  • Access analytics and reporting tools
  • Synchronize product information across channels

Supported integrations include:

  • Shopify
  • Etsy
  • Amazon
  • Walmart
  • Pinterest
  • WordPress
  • Other ecommerce marketplaces and commerce services

Marketplace integrations are powered through official APIs and secure OAuth-based authorization systems where applicable.

1.2 Ranker

Ranker is an AI-powered ecommerce optimization platform designed to help businesses improve:

  • listing quality
  • SEO optimization
  • product discoverability
  • metadata enhancement
  • marketplace visibility
  • content optimization workflows

Ranker provides recommendation-based optimization tools and does not guarantee marketplace rankings, traffic levels, or sales outcomes.

1.3 Web Builder

Web Builder is an ecommerce storefront and website creation platform that enables businesses to:

  • create ecommerce websites
  • manage digital storefronts
  • customize online experiences
  • manage storefront content
  • build commerce-enabled websites

1.4 Product Information Management (PIM)

AiCodePro may provide Product Information Management (PIM) tools and services that help businesses organize, structure, optimize, enrich, and distribute product data across multiple sales channels and digital commerce systems.

1.5 Additional Services

AiCodePro may introduce, modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue features, integrations, products, APIs, tools, or services at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must:

  • be at least 18 years old
  • have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements
  • provide accurate and complete information
  • comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Accounts & Security

Users are responsible for:

  • maintaining account confidentiality
  • safeguarding authentication credentials
  • restricting unauthorized access
  • ensuring account information remains accurate

You agree to notify AiCodePro immediately if you suspect unauthorized access, security breaches, or misuse of your account.

AiCodePro is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Marketplace Integrations & OAuth Authorization

AiCodePro may connect with third-party marketplaces, ecommerce systems, and external platforms using official APIs and OAuth-based authorization methods.

Users authorize integrations directly through the applicable third-party authentication systems.

AiCodePro:

  • does not collect marketplace passwords
  • does not bypass authentication systems
  • does not impersonate marketplace users
  • uses official integrations where applicable

Users may revoke marketplace access at any time through their respective marketplace account settings.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining compliance with the policies and terms of any third-party marketplace or platform they connect to.

5. Etsy Integration Terms

The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc.

AiCodePro uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

5.1 Compliance Requirements

Users connecting Etsy stores through AiCodePro must comply with:

  • Etsy API Terms of Use (https://www.etsy.com/legal/api/)
  • Etsy Seller Policies
  • Etsy Marketplace Policies
  • Etsy Developer Policies
  • All other applicable Etsy rules and requirements

5.2 How AiCodePro Uses the Etsy API

AiCodePro accesses Etsy shop and listing data solely to provide seller productivity features, including:

  • AI-powered SEO optimization of product titles, descriptions, and tags
  • Product image upload and management
  • Listing creation and editing on the seller's own shop
  • Display of shop and listing data within the AiCodePro dashboard

All Etsy data access is authorized by the shop owner via Etsy's OAuth 2.0 authorization flow. AiCodePro never receives or stores Etsy member passwords.

5.3 Prohibited Uses and Restrictions

AiCodePro does NOT and will NOT:

  • Circumvent, replicate, or replace Etsy's checkout process or essential user experience
  • Cache or display Etsy product listing data that is more than 6 hours older than the current data on Etsy.com
  • Cache or display other Etsy content that is more than 24 hours older than the current content on Etsy.com
  • Use Etsy member data for unsolicited marketing, spam, or communications unrelated to authorized functionality
  • Connect Etsy data with any third-party advertising or marketing platform
  • Send order, shipping, or tracking communications to Etsy members unless expressly authorized in writing by Etsy
  • Sell, lease, sublicense, or transfer Etsy API access or Etsy member data to any third party
  • Drive traffic away from Etsy or use Etsy data primarily to benefit non-Etsy websites or services
  • Request more than the minimum data needed from the Etsy API to provide the intended functionality

5.4 Content Attribution

When AiCodePro displays Etsy product information or images, it links directly back to the original product page on Etsy.com, in compliance with Etsy's API Terms of Use.

5.5 Availability Disclaimer

AiCodePro does not guarantee uninterrupted Etsy API availability, access approval, or continued marketplace compatibility. Etsy may modify, restrict, or revoke API access at any time at its sole discretion.

5.6 Etsy Integration Pricing

The Etsy integration feature within AiCodePro is provided at no additional charge beyond the user's standard AiCodePro subscription. Users are not charged separately for accessing Etsy API functionality through the Platform.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree that you will:

  • use the Services lawfully
  • provide accurate information
  • maintain valid authorization for connected stores
  • comply with third-party marketplace rules
  • use integrations responsibly

You agree NOT to:

  • scrape marketplaces unlawfully
  • abuse APIs or integrations
  • upload malicious software
  • attempt unauthorized access
  • infringe intellectual property rights
  • distribute spam or deceptive content
  • engage in fraudulent activity
  • manipulate marketplace systems unlawfully
  • circumvent platform security measures

Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of access.

7. API & Integration Usage

AiCodePro may rely on third-party APIs, infrastructure providers, integrations, and external services to deliver functionality.

Users acknowledge that:

  • API availability may change
  • third-party services may impose limitations
  • marketplaces may modify or revoke API access
  • integration functionality may change without notice
  • service interruptions may occur

AiCodePro is not responsible for operational issues caused by third-party platforms or providers.

8. Data Usage & Permissions

By using the Services and connecting external accounts, users authorize AiCodePro to access and process data necessary for functionality, including:

  • product listings and catalog data
  • store and shop information
  • inventory and pricing data
  • metadata and tags
  • product images
  • analytics-related information
  • marketplace operational data
  • order and transaction data (only when explicitly authorized by the user for specific features)

AiCodePro only accesses data required for service delivery and operational functionality. Data access scope is determined by the OAuth permissions each user grants during marketplace authorization.

AiCodePro does not sell marketplace user data.

9. Intellectual Property

All AiCodePro software, systems, branding, designs, interfaces, workflows, content, code, and technologies are owned by AiCodePro unless otherwise stated.

Users retain ownership of:

  • their products
  • listings
  • uploaded content
  • store information
  • proprietary business materials

All marketplace trademarks remain property of their respective owners.

10. Subscription, Billing & Payments

Certain Services may require paid subscriptions or commercial plans.

By purchasing or subscribing to Services, users agree that:

  • pricing may change with notice
  • subscription fees may apply
  • payment obligations must be fulfilled
  • non-payment may result in suspension or termination

Unless otherwise required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Refund eligibility, where applicable, shall be governed by AiCodePro refund policies.

11. Service Availability

AiCodePro strives to maintain reliable Service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Services may experience:

  • maintenance
  • API outages
  • infrastructure failures
  • marketplace downtime
  • technical interruptions
  • integration limitations

AiCodePro is not liable for losses caused by downtime, API failures, third-party interruptions, or service unavailability.

12. Security

AiCodePro implements commercially reasonable security measures designed to protect systems and user information.

However, no digital system is completely secure.

Users are responsible for:

  • maintaining secure devices
  • protecting credentials
  • using strong authentication practices
  • managing access permissions responsibly

13. Third-Party Services & Links

The Services may include integrations, APIs, tools, links, or references to third-party platforms and services.

AiCodePro is not responsible for:

  • third-party policies
  • external content
  • API limitations
  • marketplace actions
  • third-party security practices
  • external website availability

Users are responsible for independently reviewing applicable third-party policies and agreements.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AiCodePro shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages
  • lost profits
  • marketplace ranking losses
  • lost sales
  • operational interruptions
  • API disruptions
  • data loss
  • third-party marketplace actions
  • ecommerce performance fluctuations

All Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AiCodePro, its affiliates, directors, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • your use of the Services
  • violation of these Terms
  • misuse of integrations or APIs
  • violation of marketplace rules
  • unauthorized activity conducted through your account

16. Suspension & Termination

AiCodePro reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Services at any time if users:

  • violate these Terms
  • abuse APIs or integrations
  • engage in fraudulent activity
  • create security risks
  • violate marketplace policies
  • misuse the platform unlawfully

Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary.

17. Modifications to Services & Terms

AiCodePro may:

  • update Services
  • modify functionality
  • discontinue integrations
  • revise pricing
  • update these Terms

Updated Terms will be posted with revised effective dates.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable within the jurisdiction of AiCodePro’s operations, without regard to conflict of law principles.
